Welcome to Artistpreneurs Ink Ticketing (“AI Ticketing,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our platform to create, promote, sell, or buy event tickets, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Who We Are

Artistpreneurs Ink owns an online ticketing service/community-driven platform that connects event organizers, ticket buyers, and creatives. We provide tools for event ticketing and a referral system that shares revenues with our creative network.

2. Key Definitions

  • Organizer – the individual or organization hosting an event.

  • Ticket Buyer – an attendee purchasing a ticket.

  • Referrer – an Artistpreneur, Creative, Event Organizer, affiliate or partner who earns referral rewards.

  • Network Support Fee – a per-ticket fee that covers payment processing and supports referral rewards.

3. Using the Platform

  • You must be at least 18 years old to be a Referrer.

  • You agree to provide accurate information.

  • You will not use the platform for fraudulent activity, unauthorized resale, or abusive promotion.

4. Ticket Sales

  • Artistpreneurs Ink acts as a ticketing platform only. We do not produce or manage events.

  • Organizers are responsible for event quality, compliance, and fulfillment.

  • All ticket prices and fees are disclosed at checkout.

5. Fees & Payments

  • Each ticket includes a Network Support Fee (currently 3.1% + $3.30).

  • This fee includes payment processing costs and supports referral rewards.

  • Organizer Fee Options – Organizers can choose to:

    • Absorb (deduct) fees from the ticket price (pay the fees)

    • Pass all fees to the buyer, or

    • Split fees between themselves and buyers.

  • Referral Rewards – Referrers earn a set amount per ticket (currently $1).

  • Organizer Payouts – Organizers receive net ticket revenue (minus fees and refunds) on a regular payout schedule.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refund policies are set by Organizers.

  • If an event is canceled, Organizers are responsible for refunding buyers.

  • Artistpreneurs Ink facilitates refunds but does not guarantee Organizer obligations.

7. Liability

  • Artistpreneurs Ink is not responsible for:

    • Event quality, safety, or cancellations.

    • Organizer financial obligations.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the fees collected.

8. Privacy & Data

  • Buyer and attendee data is collected for ticket fulfillment and event management.

  • Organizers may access attendee lists but must comply with privacy laws.

  • We protect user data with secure, encrypted payment processing.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
