General

Q: What makes Artistpreneurs Ink Ticketing different?
We’re more than a ticketing platform. Every ticket sold helps fund referral rewards for creatives and support Artistpreneurs.


For Event Organizers

Q: How do I set up my event?
Send us one main event image, event description with times, ticket prices, and all other relevant info for the event and we will set up the event for you. You will be sent the event link for review first before it goes live.  

Q: How do I get paid?
We process payouts on a regular schedule after event completion unless another agreement has been made. Fees are deducted before funds are transferred.

Q: Can I also earn referral income?
Yes! Organizers can refer other event organizers directly to Chase Washington at chase@ai-ink.ca to initiate the referral process.

Q: Who controls refunds?
You set your refund policy. We help process it through our platform.

Q: Who pays the ticketing fees?
You decide. You can:

  • Pass all fees to buyers (most common),

  • Absorb the fees yourself, or

  • Split them with buyers.

Q: How do I get paid?
We process payouts on a regular schedule (e.g. weekly or after event completion). Fees are deducted before funds are transferred, based on the option you choose above.


For Ticket Buyers

Q: What fees will I see at checkout?
You’ll see the ticket price plus a Network Support Fee that covers processing and community support.

Q: What happens if my event is canceled?
Refunds are issued based on the Organizer’s policy. If canceled outright, buyers typically receive full refunds.

Q: How will I receive my ticket?
Tickets are emailed and can be saved as PDF or added to Apple Wallet.


For Referrers (Artistpreneurs)

Q: How do I earn referral commissions?
Refer organizers directly to Chase Washington at chase@ai-ink.ca. Chase will contact you to confirm all relevant details and confirm/record the referral event to you.

Q: How much do I earn?
Currently, $1.00 per ticket sold on our site. However, this commission will be $1.00 for every ticket that has been refunded for any reason.

Q: When do I get paid?
Referral payouts are processed within 3 to 5 days after event completion. Typically payments are paid by Interac transfer or Paypal.

Q: What payment methods are accepted?
We support major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal (via Stripe/PayPal).

Q: Is my data safe?
Yes. We use the highest standard of encrypted payment processing and comply with privacy regulations.
