Artistpreneurs Ink is a Network Referral & Consulting Company for artistic + creative entrepreneurs founded by Chase Washington.

Instead of launching a new product or idea and then finding the network to sell it to, Chase did deep dive into his network and added what he likes to do to create this boutique consulting company that does three things:

• Help Artistpreneurs generate sales and earn referral income in specific ways.
• Protect their business leveraging an affordable and invaluable pre-paid legal resource
• Build their business in a liaison or consultant role

Embarking down the entrepreneurial path - requires vision, smarts and math.

Setting sail on a creative journey - can definitely feel like a never ending tourney.

But turning passion into profit - merging those two worlds together.

I've spent more years than I'd like to admit getting to where I am today. I left the structure of the corporate world in 2011 to do things that I wanted to do over money. And now in 2025, all I think about is making as much money as possible by doing as little as possible. You know that work-life balance vibe with severe imbalance towards LIFE.

I completed the non-graduate business degree at York University. That was a very easy accomplishment. That didn't prevent me from becoming a 24 year old customer services director for a large non-profit. Held a few administrative and analytical roles for a handful of mutual fund companies and banks.

Fast forward several years later, I landed a corporate sales role that changed my view on the 9 to 5 grind. I was mostly successful but I wasn't great and they fired me - as they should have. I wasn't great because I didn't care enough. I didn't care enough because I craved freedom.

After several roles in the boutique marketing agency world, I opened a small talent booking and within one year merged it with a smart marketing, promotions and online ticketing hub for artists in 2017. They were based in Montreal and just relocated to Toronto. It took me three challenging years to build that business until covid swept it up at its peak in 2020.

I joined the Arts Market team in Dec 202 - a great Toronto staple with four locations that rents outs vendor space to local artisans and vintage sellers. I opened my first Pastry Peaks booth at the Arts Market Riverside location.
